Bueno, que le vamos a hacer! Me enfermé de la garganta, tuve una seria infección en las vías respiratorias. Tuve fiebre y todo el drama. Al tercer día, mi jefa fue a mi casa a ver porqué no iba a trabajar. Para mi mala suerte, fue justo cuando mi fiebre cedió y estaba mejor. Para no hacerles el cuento largo, no creyó que estaba enferma, me pidió que regresara a trabajar al día siguiente, pero no pude hacerlo. No dormí en toda la noche. A ésa hora me fue a dar una tos de perro, que no sé como describirla. Así que no fuí a trabajar ése viernes. El lunes siguiente fue un feriado, asi que, no hubo clases y no fui a trabajar. El martes me hizo esperarla por tres horas. No me corrió este día, pero trató de darme un sustote.
Pero como seguí mal de los bronquios, tuve una recaída la semana siguiente y como falté otra vez, me dió las gracias, eso sí, sin indemnizaciones ni nada. Para mí, mejor, porque el ambiente de trabajo se hizo cada vez más pesado.
Ya veré que hago, pero por lo pronto, volví a levantarme a una hora más decente y no a las cinco de la mañana.

Hello, Again

I am really overwealmed for all the work I've been doing and all the things I still have to do. I'm tired of my everyday commuting and the lousy music I have to stand in the buses. In Mexico, bus drivers are allowed to play whatever they feel like it, and most of the time, the music is awful. Not my taste at all. I have to get a car so I can get around by myself. Anyway...

I hope that this winter is better than last year's. I still have too much homework to do, as I am making a taking a course in Translations. I hope I get another job to make a better income.

There are many things I'd like to do, and one of them is making new friends online. I live in Mexico City and I'm also trying to practice my English.
